Agrimenu connects farmers and project owners with vetted agro-environmental service providers. We review every job, vet every provider and confirm every payment, so you never have to chase strangers.
If you need work done
Sign up and post a job
Create a free account with your phone number. Describe the job, where it is, and your budget if you have one. Add photos if they help.
Agrimenu reviews it
Nobody else sees your job until we approve it. We may call you to clarify the scope.
Vetted providers bid
Each bid shows the provider's profile, price, timeline, payment terms and proposal. Compare them on your dashboard.
Accept a bid and pay by EFT
Pay Agrimenu by bank transfer and upload your proof of payment. Once we confirm it, you get the provider's name and phone number and work starts.
Confirm the work
When the provider marks the job complete, you confirm it. If a balance is still owed, you pay it the same way and the job is closed.

Become a provider
Sign up with your phone number, choose your main category and list your specialties. Agrimenu reviews every application.
Build your profile
Add a photo, a few lines about your work and up to 8 photos of past jobs. Clients see this next to every bid.
Bid on open jobs
Quote a total price and timeline, and choose how you want to be paid: on completion, a mobilization amount up front, or by milestones. You can attach a PDF quote.
Win the job
When the client accepts your bid and Agrimenu confirms their payment, you get the client's name and phone number. Then you start work.
Finish and get paid
Mark the job complete when you are done. Once the client confirms, Agrimenu pays you out.
Payments
- Posting a job and signing up as a provider are free.
- Payments are made by EFT to Agrimenu. You upload proof of payment and Agrimenu confirms it against the bank.
- The amount due when you accept a bid depends on the provider's terms: the mobilization amount if they asked for one, otherwise the full amount. For milestone jobs you pay the first milestone.
- Work only starts once Agrimenu has confirmed the first payment.
Your privacy
- Public pages never show phone numbers, emails or full names. Providers appear under their initials or business name.
- Client and provider contact details are shared with each other only after payment is confirmed.
